How does Pattern Trainer work?

Pattern Trainer is part of the Trading Game app. Its quizzes help you recognise chart patterns and understand trading concepts. It includes practice categories and a separate timed Daily Game.
How do I start a practice quiz?
- Open Discover and find the Pattern Trainer section.
- Choose an available category, such as Warm Up or Chart Patterns.
- Read the question and examine the chart or answer choices.
- Select an answer, then read the feedback before moving on.
The Warm Up and Chart Patterns quizzes include hints and let you revisit earlier questions. The progress indicator shows where you are in the quiz.
How is Daily Game different?
Daily Game is a timed challenge. It does not offer hints, and wrong answers add time penalties. Read the rules shown before tapping Start. Your final time reflects both speed and mistakes.
How can I learn from a wrong answer?
Read the explanation and identify which part of the chart or question you missed. Revisit the relevant Academy topic, then try applying the concept to a practice chart.
What if I reach an access limit?
The app will show the options for that activity. Use your quiz results to spot topics you want to practise again.
