Why can't I connect to the server?

Troubleshoot server connection and data sync issues.

Check Your Internet Connection

Ensure you're connected to WiFi or have cellular data enabled. Try opening a web browser to confirm internet access. Switch between WiFi and cellular to see if one works better.

Server Status

Check if Trading Game servers are experiencing issues. Check our official social media channels for updates regarding maintenance or outages.

Firewall and VPN Issues

Corporate or school networks may block trading apps. Try connecting from a different network. If using a VPN, try disabling it or switching servers.

App Permissions

Ensure Trading Game has permission to use network data:

  • iOS: Settings → Trading Game → Cellular Data (ON)
  • Android: Settings → Apps → Trading Game → Mobile Data (Allowed)

Data Sync Problems

If your portfolio isn't updating, pull down to refresh. Force close and reopen the app. Log out and log back in to force a full sync.
